Modular designed as a combination of an old tenement house with elements of modern architecture.
Due to the limitations of the building pieces (based on 41732 Lego set) it consists of only 2 modules. The 1st floor of the building can be reached thanks to the green slope.
There is a flower shop on the ground floor. and on the floor above there was a small apartment.
